Real-estate agents and brokerages
Stay visible with every listing, without another evening at the laptop.
New listings that never make it to your feed, buyers and open-house sign-ins nobody calls back, and admin that waits until after dinner. We find where your week leaks and fix the process first.
High-level questions only. No customer records, credentials, or confidential documents.

Listing log: one new listingSynthetic example
| When | What happened | Assigned to |
|---|---|---|
| Mon 10:15 AM | Listing goes live on the MLS | none |
| Tue | No post on Facebook or Instagram | none |
| Sat 2:00 PM | Open house: six sign-ins | none |
| Next Thu | No follow-up sent to any of the six | none |
The listing is live. The follow-up is not.
Most agents know what they should post and who they should call. The gap is a process that runs on memory in a week full of showings.
Listings go up on the MLS, not on your feed
Each post means opening an app, finding photos, writing a caption, and checking the brokerage rules.
Consequence: sellers and buyers do not see that you are active.
Open-house and portal leads wait too long
Sign-in sheets, portal inquiries, and texts land in different places with no named next step.
Consequence: buyers can go with the agent who called back first.
The admin happens after dinner
Price changes, sold updates, and follow-ups pile up until the evening.
Consequence: your best hours go to typing instead of clients.
One system we have built: listing to post, approved from your phone.
This is built and in testing, ahead of a supervised pilot with a working agent. It is shown so you can see the kind of fix we make. It is not a client result.
How it works
- It is set up for your brokerage's listing page. When a new listing of yours appears there, a finished graphic and caption arrive on your phone by WhatsApp.
- Reply "approve", or say what to change, such as "shorter" or "mention the new roof". A new version comes back.
- Price changes draft an update. A listing that disappears gets a question first: pending, sold, or withdrawn.
- Your brokerage's required name and logo go on every post, and every caption gets a fair-housing wording check. That check is not legal review; your managing broker's rules still apply.
- It never posts for you. After you approve, the final image and caption come back for you to post.
Put a number on the buyers who slip.
Four sliders. Use your own rough numbers for inquiries, follow-up, and commission, then bring the yearly figure to the assessment.
Example values to start. Nothing is stored or sent.
Agents and small brokerages with steady listings or buyer inquiries.
KingBee Solutions works remotely with US agents and brokerages. Your managing broker's advertising rules come first.
A strong fit usually has
- Regular listings, buyer inquiries, or open houses, enough to see recurring patterns.
- Authority to change how your own marketing and follow-up run, or your broker's support.
- Your own listing photos and descriptions, or permission to use them.
- Access to high-level process facts without sharing client records.
